Our Corporate Matching Gifts program is an easy way for you to maximize your contributions.  Here’s how:

• Check with your company’s Human Resources department to find out if your employer matches gifts and request a copy of the Matching Gifts form.

• Fill out the form and include your name, address, along with the gift amount and date as well as ERD’s name and the specific fund designation.

• Finally, mail the form to:
